A Study of Frazzetta #1

A cropped study of Frazetta's ink sketch. I inked the lion a lot different but I tried to keep it feeling Frazzettasque (if that's a word). Honestly I inked the short fur multiple times because it didn't look right. There was a version where the lion looked like it had extremely fine and long hair. I plan to someday do an ink study from Frazetta's painting.

Done during October where I try to draw in ink everyday. This year is a bit different for me because I'm probably going to use both digital and traditional mediums. This one I started a couple of weeks ago but I finished it today.. So in my books it counts.
